Data deletion

You can have everything Multimeta Gestor Ads stores about you deleted in any of these ways:

1. Disconnect on the connect page. Deletion is immediate.
2. Remove the app in Facebook: Settings & privacy › Settings › Business integrations (or Apps and websites) › select Multimeta Gestor Ads › Remove. Meta tells us, and we delete your data immediately and give you a confirmation code.
3. Email us at privacy@example.com from the address linked to your Facebook account. We delete your data within 30 days, usually the same day, and reply to confirm.

What is deleted: your encrypted access token, your app-scoped Facebook user ID and the ad accounts you picked. Records of changes you confirmed are unlinked from you and kept until 24 months after each change, in case a change is disputed; they hold the ad account, ad and ad set IDs, statuses, budgets and times. Ad metrics are not stored.
